Indian and Nepali diary
I traveled to India year after year, it was my art school to study in an autodidactic way. It enabled me to develop quick sketching skills because of the Indian rhythm, and my eyes were inspired by everything they saw.
Sitting in the middle of the chaotic road with all of the exciting life around was a chance to capture the pulse of India on a piece of handmade paper. The holy rivers, scenery, temples, and beauty of the people and colors of life inspired me.
The drawings turned out to be my picture book and diary. Instead of taking hundreds of photos, I drew hundreds of illustrations. I was always carrying my sketching tools and handmade Indian paper with me and scanning each corner and movement around me, and having time to view all my surroundings with time.
